Barcelona Export is an international consultancy located in Mataró, Barcelona.

We are a team of professionals with extensive experience in the international environment.

Our team is highly flexible as we have our own in-house staff, junior consultants who are guided by the CEO of the company and a team of external collaborators who join us whenever we need their expertise.

These external collaborators can be international consultants from other markets or sectors, or even teams that complement the international promotion action (hostesses, translators, graphic designers, positioning consultants, etc.). With all this we guarantee all our services in many international markets and sectors, being able to adapt to the particular demands of our clients, always offering the highest quality service.

The flexibility and versatility to create highly qualified teams perfectly aligned with the objectives of our clients is one of the main competitive advantages of Barcelona Export. It is a young but experienced team very accustomed to:

We are multi-sectorial and this means that we often change clients, sectors and markets, developing projects that are very different from one another. Which, in turn, require cultural adaptations for a correct prospection in a given market. Adaptation and adaptability are part of our corporate DNA.

Our working environment is in constant movement: change of market, change of sector, change of service, change of customer, change of products… and we are comfortable in it, being very agile and fast.

Part of our team is changeable and variable. It varies according to the requests and needs of our clients. It changes when we need to incorporate a profile that we do not have permanently within our structure. And then we incorporate as many external collaborators as we need on a regular basis.

Our team members have ample room for movement. And this movement is internal, to carry out the different tasks of our day-to-day work together, grouped by project, but it is also geographical, as we often travel with our clients to accompany them on their visits to other countries or to their international trade fairs.

Each team is coordinated by a Team/Project manager and has a strong autonomy to carry out its projects. They independently manage their dealings with their assigned clients, thus escaping the classic vertical hierarchy.

Isabel García

Senior Advisor

With more than 20 years of experience in the export departments of several SMEs, Isabel Garcia decided in 2015 to set up her own export consultancy in Mataró, a city on the north coast of Barcelona. An economist by training, she studied in Switzerland, where she discovered her passion for international environments, and since then it was clear to her that her profile should be linked to the export department of companies.
Acció accredited advisor for the management of export subsidies for Catalan SMEs, Specialist Advisor of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (ERBD), regular external collaborator of several clusters, Foment del Treball and Cecot. Trainer in export and internationalisation of companies.

Manager of export groups specialising in the metal sector, she has successfully managed multiple portfolios in the French market.
