How we work

Methodology:

Barcelona Export’s team of consultants will offer advice to your organisation in the selection of candidate companies to participate in the meeting with commercial agents. We will carry out prospecting to select the most suitable agent profiles and will present the product portfolio of the participating companies. We will then organise personalised meeting agendas for each company with different commercial agents, always guaranteeing a minimum number of interviews.

We will take care of finding and booking the meeting room in a hotel near the airport or the city’s train station, to facilitate the logistics of the trip. The Barcelona Export team will travel with the companies, prepare the meeting room, receive the participants and assist them in translating the meetings, if necessary.
